In this results-oriented course, Associate Leadership Council (ALC) members work with their leadership teams to construct strategies that will lead to their success as businesspeople and as leaders in their market center. This course was designed to help ALC members achieve their personal and professional goals through the unique leadership opportunity of ALC membership.

Objectives:

• Delve into your opportunities to achieve through membership on the ALC.
• Experience actions that can help you grow your passive income, increase your productivity, accurately project your net income, and create a company you would never want to leave.

About Your Instructor-

James Shaw, Vice President of Learning

A transformational leader, James oversees KW’s holistic training direction, reshaping its capabilities while maintaining its strong culture. Since joining KW in 2005, he has served as a top-producing agent, an assistant team leader, a team leader of a KW market center, a BOLD Coach, a KW MAPS Coach, a Keller Williams University Master Faculty member, and a regional leader.

In 2020, Shaw launched the Pivot: Shift Ahead Facebook community and hosted daily mastermind calls with agents across the world. Currently, more than 86.7 thousand real estate professionals are members of the community.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

• NO Soliciting
• Full-priced registrations canceled fifteen (15) days prior to the event are refundable, less a $35 cancellation fee plus the cost of materials if they can not be re-sold.
• Registrations are refundable due to COVID, less a $35 cancellation fee plus the cost of materials if we are notified prior to the event start and receive a copy of the positive COVID test.

• Registrants who do not attend, "No-shows", will not receive a refund.
• All refunds and cancellations must be requested in writing to sarahdangelo@kw.com.
• The registration fee includes instruction and materials.
