About the event
The ALC Clinic for Market Center Leadership equips team leaders with valuable tools, systems, and strategies for leading an effective Associate Leadership Council (ALC). Additionally, it provides operating principals and market center administrators with the systems and tools to support a highly functioning ALC. This course will help market center leadership teams achieve their market center's goals with an empowered ALC.
Buy a ticket for Day 1 only or Both Days.
Early Bird Pricing of $175 for both days, $75 for leadership day only ends on January 7th.
Pricing goes to $225 for both days, $95 for leadership day only on January 8th.
It is recommended that all leadership roles attend Day 1 to create consistency within leadership teams. TL, OP, and MCA should attend both days; any other leaders the MC would also like to bring to Day 2 are welcome.
