The price is per Market Center. Each MC should register once and everyone needs to be present in the same room for the modules. Only one zoom account per MC can be used for this course.

The ALC Clinic for Market Center Leadership equips team leaders with valuable tools, systems, and strategies for leading an effective Associate Leadership Council (ALC). Additionally, it provides operating principals and market center administrators with the systems and tools to support a highly functioning ALC. This course will help market center leadership teams achieve their market center's goals with an empowered ALC.

About Your Instructor - James Shaw, Vice President of Learning

A transformational leader, James oversees KW’s holistic training direction, reshaping its capabilities while maintaining its strong culture.
