About the instructor:

Dick Dillingham, CRS has been an active member of the Dallas, Texas residential real estate community since 1977. He is consistently a multi-million dollar producer with Keller Williams Realty.  Dick graduated from Southern Methodist University with both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Business Administration. Dick was a Senior Instructor for the Council of Residential Specialists (CRS) for twenty (20) years. He was the national President of CRS in 1994. Additionally, Dick has served as Vice President & Dean of Keller Williams University Faculty, Operating Partner for the KW Northern California/Hawaii Region, and Regional Investor.
