About the event

Incorporating exercises, group work, and hands-on participation, Train the Presenter covers the basics of effective teaching techniques and strategies.

This course will teach you how to:

  • Internalize KWU tools and standards.
  • Practice teaching techniques to enhance your training skills.
  • Learn how to incorporate productivity-boosting activities into the learning experience.
  • Build, effectively prepare, and deliver a short presentation.
  • Give and receive feedback that will contribute to learning and growth.

About the Presenter:

Zach Younger entered the real estate industry with Keller Williams in 2011 as the Technology Coordinator in Elk Grove, CA. Being learning-based, he immersed himself in Keller Williams education, training, and personal growth. During the original launch, he was an IGNITE Trainer and worked with Keller Williams University to develop and beta-test IGNITE 2.0. In addition to being a founding Technology Ambassador for KWRI, Zach is a member of the Product Advisory Groups for both the KW Mobile and the KW Websites. In 2019, he received Master Faculty status with Keller Williams University, and in 2020, he became the Regional Tech Director for the Northern California-Hawaii Region.

Zach has taught Technology and KW University Classes in Market Centers around the country in addition to the Kauai Board of Realtors, Sacramento Association of Realtors, and El Dorado County Association of Realtors. He implemented the Growth Initiative and the Career Growth Initiative while serving as an Assistant Team Leader, Agent Service Coordinator, and Director of Marketing & Technology. As a Realtor using the Keller Williams systems, he ascended to the top 20% in his market center in just 3 months while working only 5-10 hours per week in his real estate business. Zach Younger is definitely on the cutting-edge of Keller Williams systems and technology and can help your agents stay ahead of the curve.
